GTA 6 accessibility features
Rockstar hasn't published a list. We won't invent one — here's every verified signal instead.
Rockstar has not announced any GTA 6 accessibility features. The only concrete signal is that Rockstar recruited for a dedicated accessibility production role covering captioning, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and audio cues. Expect at minimum the options present in Red Dead Redemption 2, but nothing is confirmed until Rockstar or the storefront listings say so.
What we actually know
Platform-level options you'll have regardless
Independent of what Rockstar ships, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S provide system-level accessibility: controller button remapping, screen magnification, mono audio, text-to-speech chat, and support for the Access Controller (PS5) and Xbox Adaptive Controller. These work with any game, including GTA 6.
Status: Not yet confirmed. This page lists no speculative feature as fact and will be rewritten the moment Rockstar publishes an accessibility page or the storefront listings detail supported options.
