The company called the leak 'heartbreaking for our team' and said 'this is obviously not how we intended for you to see the game after all this time.' Rockstar also issued an unusual apology for how long it had kept official gameplay details under wraps, warned that the intended game experience may now be impacted by spoilers, and said the game itself is nearly finished.
